Paul McMorran

Paul McMorran is Vice President Human Resources at Integra, the Moscow-based oilfield services group.

Since 1999 he has been based in Moscow, initially as participant in re-engineering YUKOS Oil Company, from 2003 in the creation and development of TNK-BP, before returning in 2010 to oilfield services.

From 1981 Paul held line management and functional leadership positions in field operations, engineering and HR with Sedco Forex, the drilling division of Schlumberger. Resident assignments included Continental Europe, South East Asia, the Middle East, West Africa and the North Sea.

Originally from N. Ireland, Paul is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and INSEAD, with professional qualifications in Petroleum Engineering and HR. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and of the Energy Institute.

Away from work Paul enjoys historic motor racing (as competitor), opera, and time with his family.
