Meetings

SPE reminds you that you still have the opportunity to submit your paper proposal and take part in the SPE Russian Petroleum Technology Conference and Exhibition, taking place 24-26 October 2016 in Moscow.

Advanced technology of enhance hydrocarbons recovery – plasma pulse treatment (PPT) is presented. Examples of laboratory studies and field testing observed.

The current stage of the oil and gas industry is characterized by the global application of computer technologies. At the same time, 3D simulation modelling, which should provide remaining oil reserves localization on mature fields, in practice is faced with many challenges.

Abstract:

In the past few decades, well depths and conditions have grown significantly, and the regulatory environment has become more comprehensive. High temperatures and pressures, and narrow-to-nonexistent drilling windows have hindered the development of assets and substantially increased risks and the cost of hazard mitigation generated by high drilling costs and time spent on well control incidents.

Abstract:

Industry has recognized that dynamic reservoir characterization, from wellbore pressure and production behaviors, is a key driver for maximizing the production and recovery of a reservoir.

SPE is glad to invite you to the Petrophysics XXI Workshop, taking takes place on 6-7 June in Russia, Peterhof for the fourth time.

Abstract:

The Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District of Russia is the largest region to supply the natural gas in the world. Almost 90% of all Russian and about 17% of world natural gas is produced in this region.

Abstract:

Remaining economically recoverable hydrocarbon volumes determine, according to the international standards, the value of any oil or gas asset.
