10-11 November 2009. First Student International Scientific Conference «Oil&Gas Horizons».
The 1st International Student Technical and Scientific Conference "Oil & Gas Horizons" is going be held at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in Moscow on November 10 and 11, 2009. The host of the conference is Gubkin University SPE Student Chapter under the aegis of SPE Moscow Section and SPE International.
The conference offers three categories:

Upstream (geosciences, oil & gas field development, drilling, reservoir and production engineering, oilfield equipment, facilities and automation).

Downstream (oil & gas processing and transportation, relevant equipment, facilities and automation)

Economic, political and legal aspects of oil & gas business.
Reports in Russian and English are welcome.
Winners will be defined in each category by the following nominations:

Best innovative work in Russian.

Best innovative work in English.

Best reviewing work in Russian (for 1st-3rd year students).

Best reviewing work in English (for 1st-3rd year students).
