2012 SPE RUSSIAN AND CASPIAN REGIONAL STUDENT PAPER CONTEST

This year’s Student Paper Contest will be part of the fourth SPE Russian Oil and Gas Technical Conference, themed 'Delivering Value Through Technology And Operational Excellence'

The contest will be divided into two parts – Undergraduate Division (16 October 2012) and Postgraduate Division (Diploma and Candidate) (17 October 2012). Abstracts submitted should relate to the conference theme as well as to one of the following technical categories, associated with the conference technical programme (categories are published at http://www.russianoilgas.ru/en/Conference/)

Abstracts may be submitted in either English or Russian, or both. The submitted abstracts will be judged by ths SPE committee. All authors selected for participation in onsite contest will be notified by the mid of September and SPE will cover travel and accommodation to attend ROGC. The first place winner in each division is invited to attend the International SPE student paper contest to be held at the 2013 SPE Annual Technical Conference & Exhibition in New Orleans, USA. All travel expenses and accommodation will be covered by SPE.
